Pre-COP18 Meeting
Commissioner Naderev Saño Head of the Philippine Delegation, spoke on behalf of a group of 38 countries at the Plenary of the Ad Hoc Working Group on the Durban Platform for Enhanced Action (ADP) at the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Bonn, Germany held on 14 – 25 May, 2012. He stressed in the meeting the importance of agreeing to an outcome that must reflect principles and provisions of the Convention, in particular, common but differentiated responsibilities and equity.
