Climate Change Commission Vice Chair, Secretary Mary Ann Lucille L. Sering (far left) presides over the 2nd National Steering Committee Meeting of the Low Emission Capacity Building (LECB) Project for 2013. The committee, composed of representatives from national government agencies, civil society organizations, business sector, non-government organizations and bilateral donors, discussed the activities conducted under the project in line with its goal of assisting the country in its climate change mitigation efforts.
