A series of Forums will be conducted to promote awareness on climate change mitigation and adaptation opportunities with a view to facilitating the transition to more sustainable, resilient and environmentally friendly policies and production methods.

The Event hopes to bridge the knowledge gaps in key areas and also to better understand the linkages of climate change mitigation and adaptation options in the public and private sectors. It also serves as a forum for dialogue among all relevant stakeholders and an effective platform for national and local policy makers to structure and adopt a holistic approach to confronting the issues at the interface of climate change and shall serve as an important information exchange mechanism for governmental and non-governmental representatives, LGUs, women and youth organizations, and media.

The Forums will consist of presentations from government agencies, civil society, business groups and international institutions on their various initiatives on climate change. It can also be used to launch different activities and projects on Climate Change.
